I’m a beginner. Can I still train with you?

Absolutely! We accept client’s of all fitness levels. Whether you are a seasoned athete, or a complete beginner just wanting some help to reach your goal, we can help. We design each training program according to your abilities and goal.

If we are not together, how do I train?

S.W.A.T makes use of Zoom call sessions to train our clients from all over the world in real time.

Exercises and workouts are demonstrated by the trainer and executed by the client under the watchful eye of the trainer.

We also use a training app that lets us load a dedicated training programme for you if you prefer this option. You can access your training program from the app and see exactly what workouts you have to do each day.

Each workout has a video that shows you how to do the specific workout and you can log your workout, with feedback after your workout for your coach to see.

Each month, we have a Zoom call where we discuss your training, assess your progress, and answer any of your questions.

Can I join if I have a medical condition?

This usually depends on the type and severity of your medical condition. It is important to make your trainer aware of any existing medical conditions you have and to speak to your doctor before signing up.

Am I locked into a contract with you?

When signing up, you are not locked into a contract however we ask for 30 days notice period should you wish to discontinue training.

You pay upfront for the month and need to complete your sessions within the month. If you miss a session you will need to make that session up within the month, sessions will not be carried over into the following month.

Will I be able to speak with my coach?

Yes. When you sign up, you will have full contact with your allocated coach who will help you based on your fitness goals.

You will be able to speak to your coach via the S.W.A.T. Fitness app if you have chosen this route for training, but also via set up Zoom calls or WhatsApp.

Do I need a gym membership to train?

You do not need a gym membership to train with us. With S.W.A.T. Fitness, you pay for your training sessions and there is no monthly ‘gym’ membership.

Joining our personal training programme grants you access to our fitness studio during your training time slot.
