Your coach will help you every step of the way in keeping you on the right track.
STICKING TO IT
A plan only works when you stick to it at least 90% of the time.
10% is life happening which we can never prepare for.
Your coach is there to hold you accountable and motivate you each and every day.
RESULTS
Results are achieved when step 1 of creating a plan and step 2 of sticking to the plan are followed through.
Short term & long term results will be set out in your planning session with your coach.
