Want to try your hand at a triathlon or perhaps improve your current level of performance?

Whether you are a complete beginner, or a seasoned race-snake, the triathlon coaching we do, with 3D Multisport, helps you to get started, or accomplish that goal you have been aiming for.

By keeping it fun and social, exciting and affordable, people of all levels can stick to the program, progress at their own level and end up achieving their goals.

We train from Blouberg and surrounding areas in Cape Town and meet 3 times per week for group coached sessions. In addition to that, you will receive daily training plans through TrainingPeaks to complete on your own.

Group vibes not your thing? No worries, you can most definitely follow the program on your own from anywhere in the world under the watchful eye of the coach with regular feedback.
